Capital Properties, Inc. (“CPI”) is a publicly-traded Rhode Island corporation whose Class A Common Stock is traded on the OTCQX under the symbol “CPTP”.  The Company’s principal business is the leasing of Company-owned land in the Capital Center area in downtown Providence, Rhode Island under long-term ground leases.  CPI, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tri-State Displays, Inc, leases 23 outdoor advertising locations containing 44 billboard faces along interstate and primary highways in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Providence Foundation

The Foundation originates and advocates policies and projects for the development of downtown and the City.  It plays a leadership role in planning for downtown.  Its primary focus is to create an environment that is conducive to economic development and sustained investment in downtown and the creation of a vibrant neighborhood.
