Capital Properties, Inc. (CPI) is a publicly-traded Rhode Island corporation with three wholly-owned subsidiaries — Tri-State Displays, Inc., Capital Terminal Company and Dunellen, LLC.

The company is involved in real estate management and petroleum storage operations, with lease interests in downtown Providence and a petroleum storage facility in East Providence, RI.
