(CPI) is a publicly-traded Rhode Island corporation with three wholly-owned subsidiaries — Tri-State Displays, Inc., Capital Terminal Company and Dunellen, LLC. The company is involved in real estate management and petroleum storage operations, with lease interests in downtown Providence and a petroleum storage facility in East Providence, RI.

Providence Foundation

The Foundation originates and advocates policies and projects for the development of downtown and the City.  It plays a leadership role in planning for downtown.  Its primary focus is to create an environment that is conducive to economic development and sustained investment in downtown and the creation of a vibrant neighborhood.
